Hello, it has been few days since my last post on this blog. I would like to remind myself about the test that I have taken in BTN Bank. On March 31, I did first interview and a week after that I was told that I made it to psychology test. Let's begin with psychology test.  From 35 people on the list, only 5 made it to this section. The test was taken in the library of Mataram University. If I am not mistaken, it was Saturday, April 9. The test consisted of writing about myself, wartegg test, kaplin test, another pictures test and small interview. Frankly, I did not sure with this test since we had no idea how to nail it. It all depends on the company.  The next week, I was called again, this time the announcement was not posted on website. Medical check up in Prodia, April 16. Yesterday the result of medical check up test was announced. I did not join the test because I only made myself as reserved finalist. In that announcement the first reserved was called to have medical check up today. Today I was called by them to have medical check up. They approached my XL number, unfortunately it was off. They called me on my Telkomsel. I answered the call and said that I could not make it. Probably he didn't hear so I need to text him back. I have no idea what happened to the first reserved, but I have to say thank you for the opportunity. I should let it go. In addition I won't ask to my dad 644K IDR to do that medical check up.  I thought it was mandiri lol I did not see the (0370) 

Last month I went to Bank BTN to apply a job, suddenly my brother told me that Bank BTN was looking for an employee but the applicant should apply online. I applied online and decided to apply on Bussines Support Staff. I was not pretty aware with 'you only have to apply one position' and I applied as Customer Service too. March 29, I was told that I made the administration test and invited by them to join first interview. The interview was held today. It was like any regular first interview, I felt quite happy because they explained everything to me. I also asked about outsourcing and they said if I get accepted I would directly be hired by BTN. I can not believe this happen to me, when I did not make it in RSUD (Well I passed the interview, but I only got reserved finalist), God gave me another chance. I still have no idea where future would take me. Yes, I am tired of waiting, I am tired of letting go opportunities, but I realize that I have to walk forward and never stop ...

Well, I have to say good bye to RSUD. I came to RSUD today and had interview. The interviewers consisted of 2 people. First the woman asked me to introduce myself, then she asked whether I had job experience or not. The guy then asked me what if I had another options, which one would I consider to take. I said that I would see that opportunity, which better, it would be picked by me. They told me that if I got accepted, within 3 months I will not get SALARY. I asked them about insentive, they said not at all. They asked my opinion about it and I said I have no idea. They also mentioned that if I wa good in those 3 months I would be hired (contract) but if I was not good, I have no idea what they could do to me. The interview ended. Outside the interview room I was explained by the committee that if I made it in this final interview I should pay maximum 700K IDR for medical check up. I totally will not take this job. Yesterday the result of psychology test was announced. I made it, among 18 that passed the first test, only 8 that made it. I have no idea whether I should be happy or not. Thank you God for this opportunity. I know You have planned that best for me.

Wednesday, March 23rd Yesterday I was having a psychology test. The test consisted of 4 sections. The first section was exactly the same with the psychology test that I had in PDAM Giri Menang. I did not pass the test on that moment, I think I could see where the result going. The second test untill the 4tg was like I had in Mandiri and Bali Safari, I have no idea if I could make the best of it or not. I did more than 600 questions and it was making me dizzy.
