Yesterday the result of medical check up test was announced. I did not join the test because I only made myself as reserved finalist. In that announcement the first reserved was called to have medical check up today. Today I was called by them to have medical check up. They approached my XL number, unfortunately it was off. They called me on my Telkomsel. I answered the call and said that I could not make it. Probably he didn't hear so I need to text him back. I have no idea what happened to the first reserved, but I have to say thank you for the opportunity. I should let it go. In addition I won't ask to my dad 644K IDR to do that medical check up.  I thought it was mandiri lol I did not see the (0370) 

Last month I went to Bank BTN to apply a job, suddenly my brother told me that Bank BTN was looking for an employee but the applicant should apply online. I applied online and decided to apply on Bussines Support Staff. I was not pretty aware with 'you only have to apply one position' and I applied as Customer Service too. March 29, I was told that I made the administration test and invited by them to join first interview. The interview was held today. It was like any regular first interview, I felt quite happy because they explained everything to me. I also asked about outsourcing and they said if I get accepted I would directly be hired by BTN. I can not believe this happen to me, when I did not make it in RSUD (Well I passed the interview, but I only got reserved finalist), God gave me another chance. I still have no idea where future would take me. Yes, I am tired of waiting, I am tired of letting go opportunities, but I realize that I have to walk forward and never stop

Well, I have to say good bye to RSUD. I came to RSUD today and had interview. The interviewers consisted of 2 people. First the woman asked me to introduce myself, then she asked whether I had job experience or not. The guy then asked me what if I had another options, which one would I consider to take. I said that I would see that opportunity, which better, it would be picked by me. They told me that if I got accepted, within 3 months I will not get SALARY. I asked them about insentive, they said not at all. They asked my opinion about it and I said I have no idea. They also mentioned that if I wa good in those 3 months I would be hired (contract) but if I was not good, I have no idea what they could do to me. The interview ended. Outside the interview room I was explained by the committee that if I made it in this final interview I should pay maximum 700K IDR for medical check up. I totally will not take this job. Yesterday the result of psychology test was announced. I made it, among 18 that passed the first test, only 8 that made it. I have no idea whether I should be happy or not. Thank you God for this opportunity. I know You have planned that best for me.

Wednesday, March 23rd Yesterday I was having a psychology test. The test consisted of 4 sections. The first section was exactly the same with the psychology test that I had in PDAM Giri Menang. I did not pass the test on that moment, I think I could see where the result going. The second test untill the 4tg was like I had in Mandiri and Bali Safari, I have no idea if I could make the best of it or not. I did more than 600 questions and it was making me dizzy. I decided to join the RSUD recruitment as Front Office Officer. Compete with 419 person to this position. The first test was taken on March 20. The test should have done on March 6, but due to personal reasons, the test was postponed until March 20. Before the D day, I went to the test location to see my room with Bawe, my friend. My test location was in FKIP Unram, building E, room 5. I also check Made's room, but he decided not to attend the test. My test start at 1 PM untill 3 PM, I had done my 150 questions a half hour before the bell ringing. I was not pretty sure with my answer since the math was quite difficult and the questions related to ''hospital things". The result of the test was announced today. I made it, from 420 contestants, I made it to top 18. I couldn't believe I ranked my self at number 4 since I do not believe with my answer. Thank you God for this opportunity. Tomorrow I have to face another test, wish me luck.  

I could still remember the moment I wanted to be Air Asia team. I wanted it so bad. It was in September 2015. Unfortunately 7 months passed and that feeling is getting less. So my decision is not to take it. Probably I would regret this decision, yes I feel it at the moment. I do regret it, but there are many things that influence my decision. I talked to Lalu, my senior who works in Air Asia. He was the last batch that Air Asia directly hired (without third party / outsourcing). He encouraged me to try and also told me about the plus and minus of working in Air Asia. Lalu helped me in making decision. This tough decision I have ever made in my life.  The majority of my family have spoken their voices, they encouraged me to take it. Before I decided to let it go, I had a huge fight within my heart and head. I am afraid, what if I have not got any chance again? What if I will never find another job? Those things had driven me crazy. The more I consulted to people, the more I go

I woke up early this morning since my dad called me to wake me up. I prepared and had breakfast then directly went to harbour. My ferry left at 8 AM in the morning and had to wait around 30 minutes to get landed. I arrived in Bali at 12.30 From Padangbay to Denpasar, it took around an hours. I tried as fast as I could (the meeting was at 2). I arrived in my sister's place at 1.30. Before going to my sister' place, I popped in supermarket to buy hair gel. I did not take a bath and put my pants and shirt on. Damn I forgot to bring socks, so I did not wear it. In addition my pants were very tight, I gained 8 KG in Lombok. Prepared things up, I went to the place that Air Asia wanted me to.  On the road, I remember I forgot my wallet, I decided to back and took my wallet. Back to road again, another problem, I saw number 88 (the caller told me the office is number 88), but it was Wall's ice cream. As long a I remember, the caller said that the office in North of Diamond i
