Psychology Test

Hi again!!
On my previous post, I told you that I was going to have psychology test on PDAM Giri Menang. Thing that shocked me was that many people were from outside Lombok. It made me thinking that ASEAN Community really happened.
Since the company needed Communication Studies or International Relations, I was thinking that Communication Studies who passed the administration test would be more. The fact was Communication Studies less then International Relations students. Some of them were from Padjajaran University, Brawijaya University, Muhammdiyah Malang and Airlangga.  

The psychology test was quite different from the previous test that I have ever taken. The test consisted of (around) 197 questions. Those questions devided to 8/9 sections. The last section we had to remember 24 words and the question related to those words. There was also Math tes and how to answer the question was quite 'weird' to me. For example, if you have question 2x5=? The answer ofcourse 10. In the answer sheet there was no option A. 20 or B. 10. On the answer shit we got number from 0 to 9. So if the answer is 10, we have to make a line on number zero and one. On the other section also we had to think the correlation between 2 words. For example, Jasmine and Rose. They are flowers, so we write down on the answer sheet : flowers. No option available, we had to write the answer by ourselves. 

I also met with my senior in High School, Mba Nuke. She is an International Relations student too. The test was quite hard, I could not make sure do I make it or not. There were 15 people for every major and only one that the company would take. For Communication / IR there were 17 people. These 17 people are going to compete each other to get one place that available.

Frankly, I do expect less, at least I tried the opportunity that came to me. I was happy because the company gave me the opportunity although my major accreditation below than the company expected. The company will announce who make it through psychology test section 2 on Nov 11. On this moment, I am on the way to Bali. Another psychology test is waiting for me tomorrow. Mandiri Bank psychology test.  Wish me Luck.

Bank BTN adalah salah satu dari empat BUMN dalam bidang perbankan. Bank BTN dikenal sebagai bank pelopor pembiayaan perumahan dan memang bisnisnya fokus pada KPR. Saya berharap dengan pengalaman saya ini dapat membantu teman-teman yang sedang atau akan melakukan proses seleksi ODP Bank BTN. Samapta ODP BTN 45 (Bintalsik)

Chapter baru dalam hidup saya officially dimulai ketika saya menandatangani kontrak sebagai trainee Officer Development Program (ODP) Bank Tabungan Negara pada Jumat, 22 September 2017. Setelah selesai pemberkasan dan tanda tangan kontrak, kami diantar menuju LPPI sebelum besoknya harus melakukan samapta / bintalsik (bina mental dan fisik) yang rencananya dilakukan di Ringdam Bogor. Dikarenakan Ringdam sedang ada kegiatan, kegiatan samapta dipindahkan ke Brigade Infanteri Para Raider 17/Kujang I Batalyon Infanteri Para Raider 305 / Tengkorak Karawang. Dari namanya saja sudah cukup seram, logonya pun tengkorak. Secara keseluruhan saya cukup menikmati kegiatan ini. Beratnya hanya kurang tidur saja dan beberapa teman  yang kurang bisa menempatkan diri sehingga mengakitbatkan teman lain ikut dihukum.  Selama pendidikan dua orang menanyakan saya kenapa tidak masuk tentara, saya jelaskan dulu pernah coba polisi tapi gagal.  Impian jadi polisi TNI kembali muncul tapi jal...

A Little Piece of Story

Feeling Grateful "I believe that everyone in our life came to teach us a lesson in life".  I could still remember when my seniors and co-workers said that I deserved to be Officer Development Program. They encouraged me to have a try. When there were ODPs coming to our office, one of my senior said "you should have been there standing with them". At that moment, I felt like she made fun on me. I accepted myself as Customer Service but they keep telling me I deserved better, even my supervisor Bapak Saptoyo Hadi Baroto. When I approached Bapak Saptoyo Hadi Baroto in May to tell I did not continue my contract, he said that I deserved to be ODP. He is a good supervisor, someone who I can talk when I applied to other job. At the moment, he also told me that being entrepreneur is good.
