Mandiri Bank Final Interview

I slept at 3 AM in the morning. I had appointment with my friend to accompany her to Sukawati Market at 10 AM. I thought I could wake up before that time.  My phone was ringing in the morning (I was half awaken) and I thought it was alarm until I realized it was from Mandiri Bank (0361- xxxxxx).

Dimas called me. I was invited to come to the office today at 2 PM. He asked me whether in Lombok or Bali. I said I am in Bali and we ended the call. I went to Sukawati and had lunch and got back to my dormitory.

I arrived at 1.30 PM in Mandiri office. 
I was the first person who came to this final interview. From the attendance list, I knew that there would 3 other people join this final interview. The rest two people (6 people made it to psychology test) did not make it.

The rest 2 people arrived, and the 4th person I had no idea what happened to him/her. Perhaps s/he has the same situation like me in the previous test. S/he probably would join the interview in the other day.

I have to tell you that the rest 2 people were not unfamiliar to me. Shaver was my senior in University. Yasinka is my friend's friend. I just realized that Yasinka and I used to hike Mt. Batur together. She remembered me. I was a little bit forget. Once again, narrow yet so vast.

We waited for more than an hour and finally at 3.10 PM, Shaver was called by Dimas to enter the interview room. He came the last but he was called the first. Shaver ended his interview at 3.49 (around 40 minutes). When Shaver done his interview, the second person did not directly called. We had to wait again.

The next turn was Yasinka at 4.08 PM. It was clear that I would be the last person who had today's final interview section. Another time to wait. I knew that I would be called the last because Yasinka and Shaver had the same day on first interview and my interview's day was a day after their day.Yasinka ended her interview at 4.34 PM (around 26 minutes). 

I walked in to the interview room at 4.41 PM when Dimas called my name.  I ended my interview at 4.54. Only around 14 minutes. I do not know I should happy or not about this. In addition I was not that sure with my answers.

Pengalaman Tes ODP BTN 2017

Bank BTN adalah salah satu dari empat BUMN dalam bidang perbankan. Bank BTN dikenal sebagai bank pelopor pembiayaan perumahan dan memang bisnisnya fokus pada KPR. Saya berharap dengan pengalaman saya ini dapat membantu teman-teman yang sedang atau akan melakukan proses seleksi ODP Bank BTN. Samapta ODP BTN 45 (Bintalsik)

Chapter baru dalam hidup saya officially dimulai ketika saya menandatangani kontrak sebagai trainee Officer Development Program (ODP) Bank Tabungan Negara pada Jumat, 22 September 2017. Setelah selesai pemberkasan dan tanda tangan kontrak, kami diantar menuju LPPI sebelum besoknya harus melakukan samapta / bintalsik (bina mental dan fisik) yang rencananya dilakukan di Ringdam Bogor. Dikarenakan Ringdam sedang ada kegiatan, kegiatan samapta dipindahkan ke Brigade Infanteri Para Raider 17/Kujang I Batalyon Infanteri Para Raider 305 / Tengkorak Karawang. Dari namanya saja sudah cukup seram, logonya pun tengkorak. Secara keseluruhan saya cukup menikmati kegiatan ini. Beratnya hanya kurang tidur saja dan beberapa teman  yang kurang bisa menempatkan diri sehingga mengakitbatkan teman lain ikut dihukum.  Selama pendidikan dua orang menanyakan saya kenapa tidak masuk tentara, saya jelaskan dulu pernah coba polisi tapi gagal.  Impian jadi polisi TNI kembali muncul tapi jal...

A Little Piece of Story

Feeling Grateful "I believe that everyone in our life came to teach us a lesson in life".  I could still remember when my seniors and co-workers said that I deserved to be Officer Development Program. They encouraged me to have a try. When there were ODPs coming to our office, one of my senior said "you should have been there standing with them". At that moment, I felt like she made fun on me. I accepted myself as Customer Service but they keep telling me I deserved better, even my supervisor Bapak Saptoyo Hadi Baroto. When I approached Bapak Saptoyo Hadi Baroto in May to tell I did not continue my contract, he said that I deserved to be ODP. He is a good supervisor, someone who I can talk when I applied to other job. At the moment, he also told me that being entrepreneur is good.
